Where are you based? >>
We are based in Bolney, West Sussex. Our workshop is just a few minutes off the A23/A272 crossroad. We are 15 minutes north of Brighton, 15 minutes south of Gatwick airport and 10 minutes from Haywards Heath train station with its direct service to Victoria station and the coast.
How secure is my vehicle at your premises? >>
It is extremely secure. We have a locked, secure compound. Your vehicle will always be kept in one of our workshops overnight. There is ample off-road dedicated and secure parking outside our workshops for the largest of motorhomes, caravans and cars. You don’t have to manoeuvre a tight space!
Who fits the E&P system at our workshop? >>
We have three experienced engineers: Jason, Mark and our Managing Director Ryan Walker. Our engineers have been fully trained in fitting and servicing E&P at the E&P UK head office in Blackburn, Lancashire. Each engineer also undergoes annual training.
How long does it take to fit the system to my motorhome/caravan? >>
We ask that you allow 3 days for a Caravan and 4 days for a Motorhome. This comprises a day to drop your vehicle off, 1 to 2 full days for us to fit and then test your vehicle and, a day for you to collect it. Please allow up to 1 hour when you come to collect your vehicle so that we can demonstrate the system to you and answer your questions. (Clearly these lead times can vary from one vehicle to another but we can advise you more specifically at the time of booking in).
Why do Rosmia only fit the E&P system? >>
The system is designed and manufactured at E&P’s head quarters in Holland, a country renowned for engineering excellence. After researching other products, it was clear to our team of engineers that the system is superior to all other brands, from the clever design of the telescopic jacks and the engineering of the parts that make up the system to the back- up service. Our Managing Director, Ryan Walker is an engineer by trade and qualification. He spent several months researching other levelling systems before selecting the E&P system. It is also compatible with VB Air Suspension (Some of our customers choose to have both the E&P system and the VB system fitted to their motorhome at the same time).
The levelling system for your motorhome/caravan is made to order by E&P and is specific to your vehicle.
What warranty will I receive? >>
A 2 year warranty on parts and labour. We recommend that after the expiry of your warranty you have an annual inspection/service which usually takes 2-3 hours.
What happens if the system develops a fault in the UK or Europe? >>
There is a network of E&P approved dealers covering the whole of the UK, Ireland and Europe. We will provide you with these details when you collect your vehicle.
What are your payment terms? >>
We request a deposit to secure your order and a fitting date. We ask that the balance is paid by the day you collect your vehicle. We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, etc.
What vehicle information do you require from me? >>
Because the E&P system is made in Holland specifically for your vehicle we require the following information:
Motorhomes/Light Commercial Vehicles
- Vehicle make and model and body build
- Vehicle identification number
- Registration number
- Chassis type
(We may need to see the vehicle to take measurements before ordering the parts).
Caravans
- chassis manufacturer
- body build manufacturer
- Whether it has a single or twin axle
(We may require measurements on the specific chassis but, will talk this through with you beforehand)
Will my vehicle warranty be affected? >>
No. All engineering work is designed to fit onto and around the existing build of your vehicle. Your vehicle warranty is unaffected by this.
Do you have a demonstrator vehicle? >>
You are invited to visit us in Bolney where you can see the E&P Hydraulic Levelling System in action on our demonstrator VW California campervan or the E&P Hydraulic Levelling System on our demonstrator Trip Buddy Caravan.
It may be a good opportunity to bring your motorhome down. (Caravans not normally necessary). You can meet one of our engineers and he can measure up your vehicle and guide you through the fitting process should you decide to go ahead.
We have ample private, secure parking in our purpose built compound. Turning your vehicle around will not be an issue.
If you are interested in doing this, please contact us beforehand to arrange a date and time.
If feedback from our customers is anything to go by we’re confident you’ll enjoy a demonstrator visit and find it a worthwhile use of your time. It also gives you the opportunity to find out more about us so that you can sleep easy when leaving your ‘Pride and Joy’ with us for a few days.
